When my son was in the NICU for three-plus weeks, Jenny really made a difference in his care. She was there when he went into and came out of surgery, and her thorough care made me feel so much better about his care. She encouraged me and my husband to be involved in his care and advocate for his needs. Her attention to detail was truly impressive; she was the one who noticed that my son's testicle hadn't yet dropped and made the doctors aware. When cleaning his wounds, her practice was the best that I saw - she taught us how to make it sterile and lessen any potential risk of infection.
Additionally, Jenny was personal and always made my husband and I feel as though if we needed anything, she would help us. She answered our questions and was able to easily explain situations. Knowing that you have an advocate when your son is so little really made a difference in his care.
