After surgery I was placed in the post-op recovery room where I was cared for by the Recovery Nurse, Mario Molinari. I found Mario to be attentive, caring, professional, friendly, and very respectful toward me as his patient and toward his other colleagues.
He checked on me more often than I could have imagined. I let him know that I was cold and within a couple minutes he had the “special gown” hooked up to the machine and had me on my way to getting warmer. I let him know that I was in pain, and within a couple minutes he took care of that problem. He offered me ice chips and he put the ice chips in my mouth patiently and gently without making me feel like I was a bother. Mario smiled often and had a gentle voice.
In essence, Mario was friendly, approachable, professional, cordial, and made me feel like I was his only patient in the recovery room.
For me, Mario made a great contribution to a positive experience at your facility. I very much appreciate his hard work and professionalism.
