Rose took care of me from the moment I walked on the Labor and Delivery Floor. She said she would be my nurse even though there were other patients who might need her and the front desk person did not show up. I always felt as if I was her only patient. She gave outstanding service. She cared, not just for me as a patient, but for me as a person. She asked and listened thoughtfully and carefully. Rose has a commitment to excellence; she cheered me on through labor and recommended excellent options for keeping me pain free and headed toward a great delivery. She had my health and baby's health in mind always. She is an exceptional patient and family educator and she made sure I was always aware of all my options as a patient. She kept me totally informed of my rights, needs, and what was available. Rose was a wonderful patient advocate. She made sure my wishes were kept and she cheered me on through it all!
