Kris has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share that knowledge with others. She is always the first to help in any given situation by volunteering to come in extra, stay late, and help where ever the need is. Kris consistently stays aware of the clinic environment and anticipates the needs of others. She takes on additional responsibilities in clinic to promote an efficient and safe workflow.

Kris has been a mentor and preceptor to new staff and provides continuous support to existing staff. She has a thirst for knowledge and is the first to share new ideas in ENT. She has independently explored EPIC and found new ways to use data and find information. She is always thinking of better ways to do things. She is creative in her ways of solving problems and makes difficult situations run smoothly.

Kris demonstrates respect and compassion by her willingness to help others. She is open and receptive to others and really listens to patients, coworkers and families.

Kris enjoys her job. Her enthusiasm shows and she motivates others to do their best.
