Arlene was terrific as my nurse. She was very kind, listen to me, made suggestions and was very helpful to me and my wife.

I want to especially comment Arlene for her kindness to my wife. I was to have my angiogram on Tues and was to be transported to Fontana from Ontario. My wife was nervous about the procedure, when I would be transported as she wanted to be with me.

Arlene was on call that afternoon and evening and gave my wife her cell number. My wife called her about 3AM and Arlene answered all her questions, helped her to understand the process and made her feel calm. My wife also called later in the morning to see when I was going to Fontana. Arlene gave her all the information.

She went above and beyond to help us. We are so grateful for her information to us and her tremendous nursing skills, and her patience, kindness, warmth and caring. Kaiser should be very proud of such fabulous staff!
