We have been at Baptist DeSoto many times. We are always on the 8th floor. Erin Burns is very caring, loving and understanding. She almost knew everything we needed before we even asked. She made my husband feel comfortable and in good hands. My husband asked me if there was a way to get her recognized. He says we have had almost every nurse on the 8th floor. There have been a lot of good nurses, but she ranks highest of them all. She has a great bedside manner and finds problems before they become big problems. She knew he needed things and she got them before we asked for them. Baptist DeSoto is truly blessed to have Erin as a nurse.
