Ricky Paulk
I am a complicated case with severe head trauma, arthritis and heart problems. It is very difficult to lie flat on my back. In May, Ricky was my nurse for 12 hours. I had a 3 ½ hour procedure so my back and hips were already locked in place when I returned to the 5th floor. Ricky handled me so patiently and gently, all the time listening to my gasps and cries of pain. I trusted him to do all that was correct as he assisted me. He was always kind, considerate and apologetic when he had to move me. He explained every step and why it had to be done. All of the 5th floor ladies and gentlemen were fine, kind people, but Ricky stands out as an exceptional man. I wish him the very best because he is the Best.
