Marisa deserves this award because she embodies what a great nurse should be. She is a great team player and always willing to help others no matter what. No matter how tough the task is, she jumps right in and does an awesome job. She is never afraid to take charge and is always willing to learn. She also provides excellent care to her patients/ and family members and always goes above and beyond to ensure they are safe and comfortable. She is one of the sweetest people I work with, and it is always a pleasure having her on shift.
Marisa is an exceptional nurse that comes to work each shift bringing 110%. She is the type of nurse that you always look forward to working with, who will give her coworkers a helping hand no matter how busy her own assignment is, and is an excellent resource when taking care of really critical patients. She is also the type of person who orders food for herself always makes sure to order extra for her coworkers or give her coworkers her leftovers.
