John is an exceptional Nurse. My mom has been in and out of the hospital for the past 4 months. We have had John with us several times and those days always seem better than the rest. He is kind and understanding. He always works hard and does everything he can to make sure that both my mom and I are comfortable. He will actually hold a conversation with you which opens up a better trusting connection. No matter what is going on he is always up for the job with a smile on his face. Even the days that my mom is down he always gets her to smile. John cares for his job and his patients in a personal and professional way.
