I witnessed Dianela during a code rescue. She was the nurse caring for the patient and called the code timely. Her hand-off communication to APRN was on point and clear, she knew her role during the code and followed. She even documented incident report even before the code was over, doing it all, while still caring for the patient and communicating with the team. Great "Multitasker!" her caring and compassion were felt throughout, and it was a pleasure witnessing her doing what she so obviously loves doing.
