I have been working with Mary for more than 10 years now and I have nothing but great respect for her. She has always been a supportive member and is willing to help whenever asked. She also shows how much she cares by simply taking the time to listen to the concerns of her coworkers. I can say with great confidence that the rest of the staff can agree with me.
Mary has a great personality and is a joyful person to work with. She sees the positive rather than the negative in any situation and encourages others to do the same. She brings happiness to those around her, especially her coworkers and patients. Everyone that knows her speaks highly of her and enjoys her presence. Patients tell us that she is the nurse that they will always be grateful for and remember her for the great service and care for their babies. These parents never leave the floor without feeling the utmost confidence due to Mary being their nurse and giving them great advice.
Her goals in life are to be a compassionate person and carry that onto her career as she always focuses on patient satisfaction and delivering state of the art compassionate care. She makes the effort to show compassion and care to every person she meets in her life. Mary just recently passed her certification exam and now everyone in the hospital knows that she is a great expert on her unit. She is a great asset for Mother/Baby and the staff is so grateful for her hard work and her compassion towards others.
