Julie was so amazing and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable by managing my pain, keeping my room clean, and making sure she communicated between the doctors and myself if I had any questions. She was an amazing bowl of sunshine and kept a smile on my face all day. I stayed in the hospital for a total of 8 days, in which I was NPO most of the time. When the doctors released me to eat, she called to order my dinner and made sure I had snacks to be comfortable all through the night. My mother called the hospital to check up on me and my mother said Julie was so very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable of my condition and communicated very well with my mother.
Please recognize my nurse as an Extraordinary Nurse. Julie shows great customer service, going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable, being helpful by communicating with my family since my family can't come to the hospital due to COVID-19. I saw her show great teamwork by helping the other nurses who needed help. She provided me with nurturing and compassionate care all while providing a safe environment. When I called, she came running to care for me. She made me feel very special. Thank you Julie for everything. This has been by far the best hospital stay ever.
