I was so apprehensive about going into OrthoIndy Hospital for knee replacement. I prayed about it for several months and then the big day came. After my procedure, I was still very sensitive about being there and doing daily things that I normally do on my own. But I was so wrong. Lisa Reed was an answer to my prayers, and I was so relieved. It didn't end there as I learned how funny, genuine, and skilled she was. I'm sure I talked a lot and told her that I have sung for over 200 weddings. She picked up on that and we began to sing Christmas duets while she continued on with her work. I thank God to this day for bringing her into my OrthoIndy experience. (And by the way, she has a dynamite voice!) Thank you.

My husband had a total knee done. We were very fortunate to have Lisa Reed to take care of him during his stay. She was an excellent caregiver. Her positive and caring attitude was appreciated. She delivered her care in an efficient way that built trust with my husband and me. Her organization was impressive and her translation of instructions clear and understandable. We would use this hospital again because of this RN.
