One of my greatest pleasures at VPS/VNAHG is the opportunity to work with Nurse Practitioner Kelli Soares. She knows her patients inside and out, consults me appropriately, follows through with all recommendations and charts effectively.
A major issue for an Attending Physician is trust in the data presented by other health care professionals. I am always confident in the primary data collected by Kelli and appreciate her astute observations, clinical acumen, and keen insights. Together, we successfully negotiated some challenging situations that range from complex family dynamics, lack of resources, and heart-wrenching end-of-life decisions.
