My husband was a recent patient. He is a cancer patient who was admitted for complications from an infection. Ashley was wonderful in assisting with his care. He has had several hospital stays over the last 4 years and she was by FAR the best nurse he has ever had. She was kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful, and comforting. She was with us when we received a less than favorable biopsy result and she helped both of us through that extremely difficult situation. We were there several days and were blessed to have her as his nurse the days she worked. She was so patient, teaching us about the feeding tube to be sure we were confident upon discharge. She is truly an angel on earth and a blessing to all those whose lives she touches. She is an example for all in the nursing field to follow. She made an extremely difficult situation bearable with her kindness, humor, and skills.
