Ani has always been a nurse that I look up to. She is strong in her skills and knowledge of the floor. I can always ask her if I'm unsure of a situation or what to do.
Ani has been there for me when I was going through a rough burnout period and was continually checking on me. She shows she cares about me as an individual in order to do my best as a nurse on the unit. She exudes that compassion to all the nurses on the floor, and we feel her kindness.
I've seen many difficult situations that Ani has dealt with while being Charge RN and every time, she handles it with respect and not putting anyone down. She is able to keep things under control even in the most stressful situations. CV Acute can be a hard floor and when Ani is working I know it will be a great day.
