During her short time as Unit Director, Jenny has created an environment in which staff feel comfortable identifying issues that need to be addressed, she does not simply become a fixer, she encourages staff to become involved in developing and becoming the solution. She takes great pride in the patient experience and always motivates staff to do their best, both for personal growth and to benefit the patients that are cared for by the staff. Jenny is always part of the team, even after becoming UD, she has helped to cover call offs, staffing issues and shortages, that she didn't have to. Her dedication to Cranberry shows in everything she does. She genuinely cares for both the staff and the patients who are cared for in this ED. She recognizes each individual on their birthday with a card and personalized small token of appreciation. Jenny is not a "boss" she is truly a leader.
