Alexiah is wonderful, gentle, and has a very pleasant bedside manner. Although this floor was extremely busy and some encounters during the week showed room for improvement, not with Alexiah, she was spot on!
She answered all my questions without giving me the feeling that she was put off, she was very thorough and professional. She explained clearly what medications were to be dispensed, when the next medications were due, such as antibiotics. She listened and followed up with all my requests and needs with interest.
Alexiah is a great asset to this floor, I appreciated her warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you Alexiah for such wonderful care. Thank you for helping me get better and for helping me get home to my nursery and my beautiful babies.
