Frank is a Godsend. He went out of his way to do things for me and help me. He was always there when he had to be. He knew what he was doing, and he did it right. He took the time to make me feel like a person. Other nurses said how good he is. Frank is all of these: compassionate, kind, sincere, energetic, trustworthy, and made a difference in my life as a patient.
