Jessica explained what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in a calm and compassionate manner. She anticipated my needs and was a healer with a positive attitude and approach. She contacted physicians about my concerns and prepared me for the barrage of testing, prodding, and probing. If not for her ministrations, I would have been totally at wit's end. I relied on her expertise and compassion to get me through this difficult time. She was a lifesaver.
