Anessa is amazing! As our nurse, she went above and beyond what was expected when providing care to one of our twin daughters. While we never doubted the level of care others provided, Anissa had the gift of making us feel comfortable and helping us navigate the premie/NICU process. The process was an indescribable relief - especially after a complex pregnancy that had us in the hospital two months prior to birth. This left little time to prepare for what would happen next.
Anessa takes service to heart. She always had a positive attitude, asked about our other daughter in NICU 4. She consistently coordinated, confirmed, and followed up on the many appointments, classes, and specialty visits our child needed. She made sense, of what to us was chaos, and kept our baby (and ourselves) progressing towards discharge. She guided us through cares, assurance questions (big and small), and instilled confidence in us that we can care for our babies.
If Anessa only did the above for any baby, we'd be eternally grateful but probably wouldn't take the time to fill out this form. Rather, it's because we witnessed her service, dedication, and spirit with all of her babies and families in our neighboring bed space. Anessa goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service. She has made all the difference for our family and the many others she has touched.
