We have had our final visit to ICU, as my father passed away tonight. Every morning SPC Escoto would come in and address my father as "gunny" or "boss." He would come in and check in on him and the entire family throughout his shift. He made all of us smile and always made sure my dad gave a thumbs up! I know he will be very sad that we will not be able to say goodbye to him. We wish him nothing but happiness. Please forward on to him that his love helped all of us get through this and he will forever be remembered as a wonderful, kind-hearted person. My dad is letting the Lord know all about this guy. Ft. Belvoir is lucky to have such a wonderful man here.
