There are no words to describe how much Suzy impacted my life during my hospital stay. Suzy was at my side giving me strength, encouragement, laughter, and reassurance when I needed it the most. I have a complicated health problem and cannot remember a time in my life where I was as scared and alone, but she made me feel strong and gave me courage.
No matter what else may have been going on, Suzy always came into my room happy and full of life. Just knowing I had her was a comfort. Suzy went above and beyond each day to make me feel cared for and special. It was like having a mother/father/friend all rolled into one. I wish that my own mother and other family members could have been with me while I had my baby, but Suzy made me feel at ease and it really was almost like my own family was there. The time she spent with me and explaining things and giving me instructions was amazing.
Because of Suzy's gentle and knowledgeable care, I felt confident about going home to take care of my new baby. I will always carry a special place in my heart for Suzy, she is the most incredible nurse that I have ever met.
