Renee was my daughter's nurse in the ER on an extremely busy day. She took her time with her, showed her a lot of compassion, was calm when my daughter was teary about being there. I appreciate her answering all her questions with patience and a smile. On a day ER was packed, Renee made it seem like she was her #1 priority. Thank you! Great job!
