Ms. Frances Gruber is a very devoted health care provider. When I was in her presence in June of this year, Ms. Gruber went above and beyond my expectations and assisted me with the process of being seen outside the VA with TriWest Community Care. Ms. Gruber was so helpful and detailed oriented on the process and the best thing is that she explained it in a way that was very easy for me to understand. Often, when you speak to healthcare providers, the language used is not always patient-friendly. But, Ms. Gruber, took the extra step in bringing the information to my level of understanding. She always took the time to stop and ensure that I truly understood and I appreciate her patience and dedication to fully educating her patient on the processes and the directions I needed to follow. Ms. Gruber made this appointment stress and worry-free with her overall professionalism, compassion, and caring heart for her patients. On my last visit, I was told that Ms. Gruber relocated to another area and I wanted to let everyone know how she impacted my experience in the clinic and she will truly be missed.
