I am a nurse working as a screener during the COVID craziness. I witnessed a family member come to the front - Nicole came down to take a cell phone to her mom so the patient could FaceTime. The family member was so appreciative. Nicole was so kind to do this and help them connect during these times. What a beautiful moment/gesture to witness. Nicole is a wonderful nurse who makes a real difference in many lives. Nicole has definitely not lost her human connection that we all need now.
