Ashlee was nominated by a patient's daughter for the excellent care she gave to her mother. Ashlee helped calm her patient by cranking up the holiday music and dancing around her room to cheer her up. She brought joy and laughter to her patient who had been very anxious. Ashlee even went above and beyond to comfort her patient by bringing shampoo and conditioner from home to wash her hair and made her feel very special. The patient reported to her family that Ashlee was her "angel" sent to watch over and care for her. Ashlee exudes the Mercy values of excellence; she is a blessing to our organization!
