Laura is a kind and caring nurse always. One night, Laura exceeded all expectations of excellence. A child was stillborn; her mom was pushed to ICU having never seen the child. Laura took time out of a busy night to retrieve the child's body and take the little girl to her mother's hospital room. Laura's talented palliative care is outstanding. Comforting words flowed from her with ease. She made the sad occasion bearable for mom and dad. Laura took photos and addressed special needs necessary for their cultural beliefs.
