Leslie is an asset to the PICC/IV Team and HCMC as a whole. She is a great team player and always is willing to help no matter how much work she has on her plate. She will come when needed in any situation, from babies to geriatric patients, and especially in emergent situations.

Leslie is amazing. She always has a smile on her face and nice words to say. She is pleasant with her patients. Regardless how long the IV list is, she gets them done. If you need one emergently and youvoceraher, she comes and does it. When you see she is the person on, you know you have one less worry. There is never a negative word from Leslie. I wish we could clone her. She is very deserving of this award.

Leslie consistently offers extraordinary service. She is always so kind and pleasant in the setting of a crazy busy and often short staffed hospital. She is one of the hardest workers I have met. Leslie's clinical expertise is the best and I can always count on her no matter how stressful the situation.Despite her high level of expertise, she is approachable and readily answers questions by staff. I highly recommend Leslie for this award. I cannot say enough about her excellent nursing care and her swift help to staff.

Leslie is always willing to help others no matter how busy she is. When Leslie is called in an emergent situation she comes immediately. During a strokecode, she came and started an IV for me as this was going to be a difficult IV stick. In a time like this, time is essential. She came quickly with the ultrasound machine and placed an IV. Leslie, at times, has answered call lights when it has been extremely busy. She also helped on Pediatrics where she put in 3 IVs in dehydrated infants. She had a wonderfully calm demeanor and this was very helpful to anxious parents of crying babies. Leslie believes inteamwork. HCMC is very lucky to have Leslie as a member of our organization. She believes in taking care of the patient and their families. It is a great relief when she is on because the RNs know that she isexperienced, reliable, and always willing to assist others. Thanks Leslie, for all you do every day.
