My nurse, Roda Mendoza, has done a very wonderful job. She knows her duty very well and performs with heart and soul with human values. She observes the needs of the patient very fast and tries to fulfill quickly. When I came back from the CT scan, I was feeling very cold, and she immediately brought a blanket and some hot pads. After that, I felt very relieved and appreciative of her. I'm thankful for her big heart. Thank you.

The Patient called my attention today to talk about the care she had received from Roda Mendoza the last two days. She started off her conversation with me by saying, 'She is special. She took good care of me. There is something about her that makes her really special. Yesterday, I wasn't in good shape. Roda patiently listened to me and answered my needs. She took extra effort to make sure my medicines don't taste bad when I take them by giving me orange juice to drink with my medicine. She helped me through tough times.' The Patient got teary as she continued to talk about her care experience with Roda. 'You don't have bad nurses. Everybody is nice, but Roda is special. I was very happy to see her again this morning. She's back to take care of me! She even gave me a hug.'
