Every time I've had Billie as my nurse it has been uplifting. She's an outstanding nurse and goes above and beyond her work duties. She cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything in a way the patient gets it.
She has many times taken extra care to explain my illness and listen to me cry, she's never said she didn't have time for me or put me off. She's quick to help her fellow nurses as well and even help out a patient who is not under her care at the time. Over the last 5 years, I've spent a great deal of time as a patient here, I currently am. I don't always get Billie as my nurse but when I do, I know I am getting one of the very best nurses on your staff. Now, I'm not saying the other nurses aren't good, but I'm partial to Billie.
When I first started being a patient she was one of my first nurses to tend to me. I was so afraid because of what I was facing. Billie was there for me then and she continues to be there now.
