I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for such a caring, dependable, efficient employee/nurse, Teresa Sprouse, of Valley Home Health, during my illness and time of need. I would recommend her services to anyone and would love to have her back in my home anytime.
***
We especially want to thank Teresa Sprouse for her visits where she was always on time and showed that she cares about her patients. Teresa demonstrated a very professional and knowledgeable performance during her visits. It is people like her that make the difference in many people's lives.
***
Teresa Sprouse provided care and comfort all during my mothers' prolonged recovery. She was so diligent in monitoring her condition and took extra care of her over a number of months. I don't know what we would have done without her.
***
Teresa made homemade mac and cheese for a patient who is very undernourished with a poor appetite. This was such a simple thing to do but the patient really appreciated the generosity and ate every bite of it. Teresa took the time to share some kindness.
***
On her weekend off, met a colleague at patient home to give moral support for a difficult procedure on her own volition.
***
Last week not doing well, no strength, not eating, tired, crying, Teresa called 911. She stayed with me, hugged me, and held my hand. I was worried, but she calmed me down. I am thankful Teresa came into my life. I wish not through sickness, but I will always believe angels are there; mine is a nurse who will be welcome through my door always and will be forever in my heart.
