Julie stayed to visit with her patient who was an RRT for swelling at her thyroid site (after she was in her room) to make sure she felt comfortable and safe until her husband came back. She is such a comfort to all of her patients, always doing things like this to go the extra mile. She will get them special treats, check on them after they leave her care and is genuinely always concerned about what is best for them. It is the small things that matter most and she definitely does this with every patient.
