My daughter came in yesterday with abdominal pain on her right side. Even though she is 19 she is a young adult with Special Needs and Mrs. Angie was so amazing with her. She was patient and caring. She would explain to my daughter step-by-step before and during. My daughter was extremely nervous, especially during the time she had to draw her blood and at times she would begin to cry; Mrs. Angie right away would start a conversation with her that would help her ease her nerves. I loved the fact that her conversation would be directly with my daughter, treating her just like she would treat any other patient without special needs. She would also make the time to come and check on her during my daughter's stay at the ER. Always walking in with a smile and continuing the conversation she would previously have with my daughter because she knew that would make her smile. Mrs. Angie was very caring and professional, and I am so grateful that she made my daughter's experience at the ER so pleasant. Thank you so much.
