Bryan went way above and beyond the call of duty to provide great care for our son during his stay at Chippenham Hospital. Our son was running very high fevers and had numerous issues going on and Bryan kept a sharp eye on him bringing DVDs, games, and toys to try to boost his spirits and making his stay as pleasant as possible. My husband and I were beside ourselves with worry and concern, but Bryan sat down each and every time he saw us getting upset and calmly explained in Layman's Terms all that was going on with our son. He was super nice to our family and displayed such kindness. We really could feel the love flowing from his heart to ours.
We feel a special connection with Bryan and could very easily adopt him into our family. He's great with kids, parents, and siblings, putting everyone at ease especially his small and frightened patients. We can't say enough good things about Bryan and all the staff we've had at Chippenham. After a long 12 hour shift, Bryan looked as fresh and jubilant as he did at the beginning. Bryan has a warm and special smile on his face each and every time we saw him. After 38 long years of service to many patients, their families, and their friends, Bryan deserves to be recognized for his outstanding abilities to make everyone feel at home away from home.
