I came in for a cardiac cath. Mark greeted me when I arrived. From the moment he brought me back to my room, he took his time to completely explain to me what was going to happen during my procedure, and he kept me up to date with what he was doing. This helped alleviate my fears of the unknown procedure and my worry about what the outcome would be. He was very professional in how he explained things, yet he was still very personable.
Mark was extremely attentive before and after the procedure. He made the time that he spent taking care of me perfect and pleasurable. His kindness and knowledge made me so confident in the care he was providing me. The care he provided makes me truly believe that he loves giving care to patients. I feel that Mark is a credit to Ascension.
