I came to the ER due to cramping and bleeding. I was about six weeks pregnant and this was my first pregnancy. The entire staff was wonderful, but Lynda really went above and beyond. I was terrified and my husband was worried. Lynda not only made sure to keep us informed of everything, but she also took time to talk to us and encourage us. I did not feel like just another patient. I felt like she cared for me as if I were her own daughter. Even though I was there for a few hours, she made sure that my husband and I were never alone for very long. At the end of the night, before I left, she came into my room and hugged me and prayed for me and my husband. That meant so much to us. She brought so much comfort to us in a very difficult and scary time. I'll never forget the kindness she showed us and the willingness to just be there with us.
P.S. She was even amazing at drawing my blood, it was by far the best experience I've had having my blood drawn. It was the first time I haven't fainted!
