Kathy took care of me from the start of my induction at 7 am. She made me feel very relaxed and walked me through everything the entire time. She was amazing from start to finish! I had my son before her shift ended and she was just as great at delivery. She made all of my requests (or wishes) well known to all the staff that took over once the shift ended. She was able to take care of me the next day in recovery. She was an ear to listen at all times and always made me feel great!
The day we left, she even stopped by to see us off! I felt like she was more like a friend who cared than just my nurse for the 12-hour shift. She was amazing and more! I appreciate Kathy and can't thank her enough for the positive experience and care I received those days at William Newton.
