Amy stayed late to talk with a patient who stopped by from 5S about hospice. No other Case Manager was available. The man was so grateful.
5S called down late in the day for hospice info that a patient's son desperately needed. There was no case manager available from 5S. The son came down to 4N to see if anyone was here to talk. Amy stayed and talked to the man for 45 minutes. She was so caring and passionate! It was really refreshing to see! Amy was definitely living core values! The son was so grateful.
