Not sure where to even begin describing how Jen has touched our lives. We have triplet boys, who due to their size and premature birth, were placed in NICU over a month and a half ago. Jen has gone the extra mile from the very beginning and we know we can completely trust our boys with her. She has become like extended family to us, and we will never forget her dedication to making sure our boys are cared for. Jen is gentle with our boys, knows their personalities and celebrates their differences. She assures us that their growth is normal and comforts us when we have a concern. Jen takes any concerns/questions/comments seriously and she either A) answers our question or B) finds an answer for us. Jen seems to know all about babies in general and is wise beyond her years. Some people go the extra mile and you know they were meant to do their job, Jen is one of those people. Jen is a nurse who wants to make a difference and she may not know it, but she has already done so.
