We were having lunch in the hospital cafeteria, when suddenly someone needed immediate medical assistance. Bich jumped up first and immediately took control over the situation, applying her RN skills. She remained calm until the emergency department staff arrived. Once they were gone, she was emotionally exhausted and shed a few tears. Bich payed a special visit to the patient to check in on him. She was so caring that day and everyone was talking about her quick reaction. She had saved a life that day.

Bich is the perfect example of an honest, loving, nurse and educator. She is proud and respectful of her job. Bich is a wonderful nurse, dedicated and caring, not just to the patients, but to her co-workers and family. Bich is respected by colleagues, doctors, management, co-workers and patients.
