My brother has special needs and makes for a unique patient. While all his nurses were caring and empathetic, Angie Mackey was phenomenal. She stood out from the crowd with her ability to strategize. She was more than a calm and soothing presence. She has a brilliant mind. She was capable of assessing my brother's challenging situation and offering a solution that put her head and shoulders above the rest. She knows her job as well as the tools and equipment at her disposal and offered a suggestion reflecting her knowledge base. She displayed empathy as well as an ingenuity that gave us peace of mind. Angie was a blessing to us.
