From the moment my dad was admitted, Melissa was welcoming and reassuring to me and my family. She answered all of our constant questions and explained everything so patiently, and she helped us understand what was going on with my dad. His situation is not good, and her compassion helped tremendously during a difficult time. She spoke to my dad with such respect and helped his dignity during this terrible time. I commented on many occasions that she must have been doing this for years, and was surprised when she mentioned she had just recently become an RN.
