She knew with the difficult issues my husband had and his inability to provide any veins for the nurses, exactly how to place an IV and to ease his stress she also called to the lab, etc. instructing blood draws to be done only thru the IV. She fully understood that when he suffers during blood draws that he is truly in pain whereas mostly everyone will try to find a vein several times even though he begs them not to. She cared and she was excellent and very professional.
