... During the week of April 1-14 Andrew was a key attendant assisting my sister following her two operations and extended difficulties. While my sister was not able to overcome the problems and challenges that compounded her health situation that resulted in her passing on April 14th, I want to express my appreciation and that of his patient's children for the manner in which he pursued his responsibilities and interacted with everyone with whom he had contact.

Not only did Andrew perform his assigned responsibilities quite professionally he demonstrated very significant people-skills as he patiently and with sincerity responded to any questions posed to him.

Even as a retired college professor I rarely encounter someone whose work and personal presentation is strong enough to encourage a letter of this nature from me. I believe that Andrew Brown in an asset to his profession in general and to the Lenox Hill Hospital specifically.
