Marlene, from the moment my son was transferred over to PICU, has been nothing but amazing! She has tended to my son's every single need from feeding tubes to just providing him with a hug. She has helped my family and I find comfort after days of waiting for answers to questions that seemed like there were none. Marlene would make that up by simply comforting and holding my son while he had his procedures done. This gave a worried, tired, angry, and frustrated mother, peace of mind. When Marlene stepped into our room, she went above and beyond and immediately involved herself in finding the problems pertaining to my son's health, which has been nothing less than amazing.
