I met Jennifer when my husband and I suffered the traumatic loss of our first child. We went to the hospital in the morning without knowing what to expect. Jennifer came in to start an IV and I remember her being so kind to us and our family. She treated me like I was a friend of hers and was very relaxed. I instantly felt more comfortable. Jennifer really impressed me that morning, but it was what she did for us after our hospital stay that blew us away.
While we were in the hospital, photographs of our baby were taken and printed for us to take home. We were so thankful to have the pictures taken because at the time we weren't thinking of things like that. With our permission, Jennifer asked if she could put the photos on a disc for us to keep.
A couple weeks later, we received a package in the mail. It was the CD that Jennifer had made for us but she even took the time to professionally edit the photographs and made a slide show for us too. I never knew how important those photographs would be to us. It is one of the few things we have of our son and now we will have them forever. She gave us the gift of securing our memories. We are so thankful to have met Jennifer and for her wonderful gift.
