Erick went above and beyond being a caring and competent nurse for my dad and always did it with a warm smile. Not only did he provide excellent daily medical care, but he was also an exceptional listener and liaison between our family and the hospitalist. We were always happy when Erick was the nurse on duty. He listened to our concerns, was understanding, and was an excellent connection between us and the doctor on duty. He took the time to resolve any issues we had about my dad's treatments and kept us informed. In addition, Erick's demeanor and attitude were always warm, respectful and understanding. His one-on-one interaction with my dad was excellent and if he said he was going to do something, he always followed through.
