Mike put the patient first and helped her get back to DH from Barbados!This patient had a complicated orthopedic history with multiple hip surgeries and revisions all done at DH. She was on vacation when she fell and broke her hip again. Mike received a call from the hospital and was able to facilitate a transport to and from the airport, an international medical flight, a direct admission, and the patient was in traction!This is way above and beyond what we usually do. Mike stepped up and helped the patient get back to her doctor, team, and the hospital she trusts. Extraordinary customer service!
