Krystle Rhoden is one of my new favorite people. Her compassion for nursing shines through in her work and her smile. The professionalism she shows at her young age is inspiring. The room gets a whole lot brighter when she walks in. She is diligent, hard working and cares about accuracy. She does a fantastic job communicating with her patients. You always know what to expect with her. She asks all the right questions to make sure your needs are being met. If they are not, she quickly takes ownership. She helped me feel like I had family taking care of me during my stay. Krystle made me feel as though caring for me and my baby was the highlight of her day and she would not want to be anywhere else.
